Change Management for AI & Human Friendly Automation

No one has a problem with AI, but with uncertainty about their own future

Almost everyone uses artificial intelligence in their personal lives. Yet in the workplace, there are still frequent reservations. People will still want work that is meaningful and fulfilling when bots take over.

And rightly so, because change management for AI is generally still handled just as poorly as it was for previous IT updates.

The founder of LARSQUBITS, Dr. Lars Schatilow, has therefore reinvented change management for the era of artificial intelligence and applied it for years at a leading global AI and cloud service provider. He calls it Human Friendly Automation, or HFA for short.

HFA combines classic IT change management, which is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), with the HFA Adoption Model (HFAAM). The HFAAM focuses on all the impacts of AI and the associated automation of work. It enables a holistic approach. It is more than digital change management in the traditional sense.

In the HFAAM, every AI project is based on the HFA Alliance e.V. Values Charter. This builds trust.

In addition, those affected are involved as early as possible, and the impacts on professional identity, work, skills, health, and workload are precisely assessed. And not just once the AI is installed, but already during the implementation phase.

By using HFA people realize: "They mean well".

In HFAAM, we work closely with Human Resources and collaborate with AI Ethics boards and working councils. Only in this way can AI quickly gain acceptance and scale.
